Managing Stress During Board and Competitive Exams

The Ultimate Balancing Act

Handling board exams and competitive entrance tests (like JEE/NEET) simultaneously can feel overwhelmingly heavy. Stress is a natural biological response, but letting it control your routine can be detrimental to your final score.

Maintain Healthy Habits

It is a myth that sleeping less equals studying more effectively. Ensure you get 7-8 hours of continuous sleep. A tired brain cannot retain complex physics formulas or organic mechanisms.

  • Take a 10-minute break for every 50 minutes of intense studying (Pomodoro technique).
  • Eat light, nutritious meals to avoid lethargy.
  • Engage in 20 minutes of physical exercise daily to release endorphins.

Talk to Someone

If you feel overwhelmed, do not bottle it up. Talk to your parents, mentors, or counselors. At VRaZ Academy, we provide dedicated mentoring and mental health support to help you navigate these extremely demanding times.

Remember, this exam is just one phase of your life, not the entirety of it. Breathe, plan your day, and do your best!
